These terms apply to the social media publishing service available at post.andmark.net (the “Service”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service is operated by Mark Andriienko (the “operator”) and provided to his clients as part of his marketing services. It is used to prepare, schedule and publish content to connected social media accounts and to view statistics for that content.
2. Who may use it
The Service is available to clients of the operator and to the people they authorize. Access is created by the operator; there is no public registration. Access is included in the operator’s marketing services and is not sold separately. You may connect only accounts, pages and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Platform terms
When you publish through the Service, you also use the platform you publish to, and you must follow that platform’s terms and policies.
- By using the YouTube features of the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service.
- Facebook: Meta Terms of Service. Instagram: Instagram Terms of Use. Threads is also governed by Meta’s terms.
- Telegram: Telegram Terms of Service.
- Pinterest: Pinterest Terms of Service.
- X: X Terms of Service.
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to publish spam, misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others. Please be sure not to violate others’ copyright or privacy rights.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you publish. The Service only stores your content for as long as needed and transmits it to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for the content you publish and for the settings you select for each post.
6. Privacy
The Privacy policy explains what personal data the Service processes and what rights you have. You must accept it before using the Service.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. Publishing also depends on the platforms, which may change or limit their APIs at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the platforms.
8. Disconnecting and ending use
You can disconnect an account at any time in the Service or by revoking access in the platform’s settings. The operator may end your access to the Service, for example when the client relationship ends. How to have data deleted is described on the Data deletion page.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
