You can have the data that the publishing service at post.andmark.net (the “Service”) holds about a connected account deleted in any of the three ways below.
1. Disconnect in the Service
If you are a client or another authorized user, sign in to the Service, open the list of connected channels and remove the account. Its tokens and account data are then deleted from the Service within 7 calendar days.
2. Revoke access on the platform
- Facebook: remove the app in your Facebook settings under Business integrations.
- Instagram and Threads: remove the app in the app and website permissions of the account’s settings.
- YouTube: remove the app on the Google security settings page, security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. The YouTube data stored for the channel is then deleted within 30 calendar days.
- TikTok: remove the app in the app permissions section of your TikTok settings.
- Telegram: remove the operator’s bot from the channel’s administrators.
- Pinterest: remove the app in the apps section of your Pinterest settings.
- X: remove the app in the connected apps section of your X settings.
- LinkedIn: remove the app under Permitted services in the Data privacy section of your LinkedIn settings.
After access is revoked, the Service can no longer read or publish to the account. To also have the data already stored in the Service deleted, use option 1 or 3.
3. Request deletion by email
Write to privacy@andmark.net with the subject “Data deletion request”, and name the platform and the account, page or channel concerned. The data is deleted and you receive a confirmation by email within 7 calendar days.
4. What is deleted
Deletion covers the account’s identifiers, name and profile picture, its access and refresh tokens, its statistics, and the drafts, scheduled posts and media stored for it in the Service.
Deleting data stored by the Service does not affect data stored by YouTube or the other platforms. Posts and videos that have already been published stay on the platform. Delete them directly on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X or LinkedIn if you want them removed.
